Rival Survival

Our Rival Survival team building activity is the perfect session to challenge and engage your team.

Whether its a one-off session or a whole day, your team will have to work together to survive in the wild of Dare Valley Country Park. The session is split into 3 activities which focus on:

[udesign_icon_font name=”fa fa-eye” size=”2em”]  Finding items to survive

[udesign_icon_font name=”fa fa-share” size=”2em”]  Transporting survival items to camp

[udesign_icon_font name=”fa fa-coffee” size=”2em”] Set up camp, food and drink

We will test your team physically and mentally to see if they are up to the challenge of working and communicating together, in order to choose the right materials, the quickest routes to camp and create shelter and warmth to survive.

This isn’t Bear Grylls Born Survivor,  but Rival Survival has been designed to specifically challenge individuals and teams relevant to their base abilities and strengths with the goal of improving their communication, resilience and camaraderie.

Rival Survival can be run as one off 2-3 hour session or combined with our AQR Mental Resilience tool which provides a pre-analysis of your teams strengths and character before we target the improvement area as well as giving you formal feedback from the activities to improve your teams performance.
